How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email confirming we have received your order within 24 hours. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with shipping and order tracking information.

Note: As your custom handbag is essentially made-to-order, please allow up to 7 business days for all domestic orders (orders shipped within the United States). During promotions, sales or holidays ship time may be delayed up to 10 business days. Orders received on weekend days and holidays will be processed and shipped no sooner than the following business day. We are happy to have #Whitbywomen worldwide, however, we are still a small company and do not have the infustructure to support international shipping at this time. No. We are only able to ship within the USA at this time.

The Whitby headquarters are located in Atlanta, GA. All orders are processed and shipped from Atlanta.
